Nakano Broadway & Ikebukuro

 Yesterday we went to nakano broadway and ikebukuro! I cant believe we walked that much. Almost 11 hours! But everything was worth it ofcourse! First we went with the JR line express to nakano. To be honest I didn't liked it at all! If your a figure fan or with those dolls. Nakano is the place for you! The only fun thing I had was eating home made cake and drank a nice cappuccino from a nice cafe and walking around the many many food shops! XD XD.

After nakano we went straight to ikebukuro! The metro system is getting easier to understand. The metro lines. I almost know all of them XD. The first time it was hell. I couldn't remember how it worked xD. 

After we arrived. Most of it had changed!! My god! What 4 years can do! I promised 2 of my colleagues since their big fans of hello kitty buying some stuff. Well couldn't find the shop! I was 100 no 1000% sure it was next to the docomo building all the way to the left. After we walked 20 minutes I believed. Lieske found the shop. It was all the way moved in the middle of  the center!. I was relieved *phew*. Bought some stuffies and walked further.

Around the corner we saw then a Big 7 floor of a new Animate store! I was like huh! But where's the other one all the way in the back behind sunshine city??. Okay.. It was Busy like HELL! Their was a new anime coming out so allot of screaming girls. They had allot of  Stuff from free and basara 4 as well. The stuffies were we came for. It wasn't there sadly :(.

Bought some candy and a huge pencil XD. Will use it for my work ^^.

After visiting the animate store, we saw K-books but they only had like live-action posters. Nah not interesting for me at least.

We strolled around the shops some more! Again I saw the many many food shops. Was getting hungry seeing it all hahaha. After a while I told lieske I wanted to find out what happended to the other stores. I just wanted to know. Man we walked for HOURS!  My feet it hurt so bad but didn't want to give up.

It was getting a little dark. I recognized a stoplight and  a building when we walked further. I saw starbucks and Tadaaaaaa! We found the stores what we searched for! I was facking happy. We still had a few hours exploring everything before the shops were closing.

Bought a hell load of shizz hahaha! I was really happy. When we walked back we went to namja town as well. It's cat's town. Everything was sooo cute! Ate a delicious cake too XD. Made some pictures and went to the third floor. We were so hungry after hours and hours of walking. We also saw japanese Anime town. We sadly didn't had time to exlpore it but will return soon <3.

Yesterday we went to Ikebukuro and Nakano broadway, Nakano broadway was nothing for us since we are not into figures, the only thing I bought was 2 Hange keychains. After we drink some coffee we went to Ikebukuro.

 At first I was a bit disappointed since we didn’t find the right stores, and we were also searching for Ice cream city (Namja town) what we did find at first was the hello kitty store where we buy some stuff for Anicia’s co-worker.

After hours of walking around with our feet hurting like mad haha! We finally found our favourite stores, where I purchased he last books that I wanted of Grell and Hange, we were so happy and relieved, since we almost thought they were gone. After that we were so hungry, I even felt a bit dizzy at one of the stores, but we used our last energy to find Namja town since we didn’t knew if it would be closed soon. Luckily it was not that far away and everything was so cute, the only sad thing was is that the different weird Ice cream flavours was gone, only grass flavour and some other not special ones were still there, maybe because people were afraid to taste it and it didn’t sell very good? I don’t know. Anyways the cute delicious cakes they have there made it al good ;)

After that we still had to eat something but since our feet and legs were hurting like mad we decided to buy something at 7 eleven and went home. Today were going to Akihabara. I am really excited visiting a maid café and butler café. It will be my first time XD.

Minatomirai & Ishikawacho

 Two days ago we arrived in Tokyo after almost 10 hours of traveling XC.  We will stay in our small apartment for the last weeks in Japan.  The apartment has made some changes. There is now wi-fi and led Tv's. Something that was lacking before Anicia said to me. It’s also cleaner than it was before, only the toilet is a hell of a problem right now, but at least I’m happy that I don’t have to travel with those heavy baggage anymore hahah!! From the apartment we will travel to most places across Tokyo.

Also the costs in japan is really expensive. Were not big eaters but the smallest things like bread, drinks, even cheese and jam can cost up to 1000 yen for only the morning. Everthing is small and since the weather outside is really warm. We have to drink allot of water. I think we spend around 3000 yen or more each day. – Urgh-. So if you go to japan. Don't underestimate the costs and bring A hell load of money!

I also was afraid that the people here in Tokyo would be unfriendly and/or not helpful what I said in an old post, But I was wrong. The people were friendly most of the time and really helpful. 

In minatomirai ( Yokohama) We stayed in a 5 stars hotel in for a day, It’s was an amazing hotel and it was not even that expensive than we expected, the view was also nice at our hotel room, we saw some tour boats.

 We also went to an amusement park called Cosmo world which was allot of fun ^^, the view was beautiful at the top of the Cosmo Clock 21, one of the biggest Ferris wheel in the world ^^. We also went to a Japanese haunted house (which was scared as fuck XD) and the splash boats. Last we went to the arcade hall till the park closed.

The second day we went to China Town, which was fun but not that special, we eat something there and went home to our apartment afterwards.

Minatomirai was amazing!. We stayed at a luxiourius hotel named The yokohama grandhotel. Man I only saw RICH people with fancy cars, allot of man and woman in suits. Really expensive boutiques. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in. The receptionist upgraded our room. First I booked an room seeing the ferriswheel but now we had a room seeing the harbour instead. It was really nice. 

We rest a little and then around 17.30 PM. We left the hotel seeing cosmo world 21. Cosmo world was really nice. Loved most of the attractions. The japanese, some of them were screaming their lungs out.. the roller coaster even didnt had a loop. So I really didn't understand why the screams were so loud.. hmmm.

Anyway the best part was the ferris wheel. It was so pretty seeing all the different colour buildings lights XD.

Really will come back one day!

The next day we went to Ishikawacho ( China town). To be honest I didnt like it that much though. It's the same like in Amsterdam. The loudness everywhere. The only small difference is that they had allot of small shops with  panda bears. I dont know what the meaning of this bear is or who it is. 

Also the food what you get is MUCH more!!! for 980 yen. You get a huge bowl with soup, fried rice, Dumplings and a gelatin dessert. I was so full after the meal. Became sick as well while we walked back to the station. Luckily lieske had some orange juice with her what helped me big time become a little better.

Today is sunday. Free day! I am just relaxing on my bed. Maybe tonight we will go to the little park next to the apartment making pictures.

Tomorrow another busy day, if everything will go well. We will visit Nakano broadway and ikebukero!! Let the nerdiness begin! ^____^

Miyajima

(Anicia) Firstable sorry for the lack of updates. We were so busy the last few days it wasn't possible to update everyday like we promised. Now our schedule is more less hectic. We will write this journal  about Miyajima before heading to Yokohama :D :D.

What can I say about miyajima. Wow, wow, wow and wow. Man really going to miss the place. Loved everything about Miyajima. The ryokan where we stayed at was simply amazing. The hospitality, the food, the presentation of the food. Everything was clever thought.

If you ever go to Japan. I really recommend this place. They do serve most of the time Sea food so If your not a fan of it. There are some restaurants that sell Non- Seafood products as well. For the first time I ate snales. It was.... weeeeeeell I gave most to Lieske though! She loved it hahaha. I ate her rice in the place most of the time hahahaha! I did tried it though but nah not a big fan of snales. I do like other seafood like salmon, Tuna etc etc.

The best part was standing on top of  mount misen. The view was amazing.

I felt so at piece watching over the island, watching the sweet deers. I even pet two of them. 4 years ago it wasn’t possible. They attacked me but now they were sweet most of the time. Hmmm Maybe good energy aura? Dunno.. I also thought I saw the killer bees Suzumebachi. I was prepared to run like a mad man. But the sweet lady who helped us said it was a small bee named Hachi.

I also never thought I would shed some tears leaving when the owner of the ryokan brought us back to the station. The whole family said us goodbye. There was even a little kid that said. Thank you so much for staying with us. I really hope you will come back to stay with us again. Man I broke when he said that. The hardest part was while the ferry boat was leaving the island, everytime I looked at Shrine gate getting more far away. I broke down! It was soooo embarrassing. I never thought I would CRY again. *Gosh*  Really will come back one day!

(Lieske) Miyajima. I never thought I would miss the Island that much. The view, everthing is amazing. I shed  some tears on the boat when we saw the island slowly going more further from us. I also going to miss the family where we stayed at for two days. They were so kind to us and showed so much passion/love for their job. Something I don’t see that much when visiting other places. They also say goodbye to us outside when the man brought us to the boat with his car.

The nature was beautiful, we went to the top of the mountain Misen with the rope way and the environment was truly amazing, we wanted to go further into the mountains when we got there, but we didn't had the right shoes and we were a bit afraid of deadly insects that was on the island haha! 

After that we went to  see the different shrines. One Shrine is very well known. It’s a very large on in the water. It was beautiful to see but sadly there was allot of tourists, so it was hard to make a clear picture of it. In the mean time we saw allot of deers and mostly they came to us when we had some sweets. A funny thing was that I was the only one that dared to pull out some plastic  from the deers mouth. She was hungry. She didn’t bite or attack me at all. She was silent and looked at me. I even pet her before we entered the buss. At last we went to the beautiful Wishing tree and monk temples, I even wished something.
